Our Process
We start by listening carefully and understanding the atmosphere and messages you want to project. We design to make your customers feel comfortable and welcome.
Project coordination: Your project is well-supported with MGA's proven skills in project management. Our team communicates through regular status meetings, detailed line-item status reports, and frequent interaction. A designated project coordinator manages all project details and keeps you informed throughout the process.
Design: We work closely with you to develop a variety of concepts to suit your practical needs and creative direction. Starting with preliminary design concepts, we ask for your feedback and work hard to satisfy your expectations, from preliminary concepts, to finished designs.
Production: Upon design approval, production of printed material, signage, and interior components begins. We can provide models, prototypes, and production samples. Once final design is established, our custom millwork shop transforms concepts into custom built-ins, displays, and furniture.
Procurement: We have an extensive selection of product catalogs, materials samples, and vendor resources to inspire our designers and to share with you. When it's time to procure products and materials for your project-whether it's printing, specialized signage, furniture or fixtures-our longstanding supplier relationships can help us meet your budget and schedule.
Delivery and Installation: Our fleet of vehicles assures safe and timely delivery, and our installation crew takes care of all the details, whether it's installing signage, placing furniture, hanging displays and artwork, or fine-tuning the accessories in your model homes.
